Solar Sprout Farms is building a decentralized farming network that puts food production back into the hands of local farmers. Traditional agriculture is dominated by corporate interests, leaving small-scale farmers struggling. We provide the tools, training, and resources needed to launch independent hydroponic farms—ensuring local food security, economic empowerment, and sustainability. This isn’t just about growing food—it’s about shifting power back to the people who produce it
Our Approach
We integrate for-profit and nonprofit systems to create a sustainable, scalable model. The nonprofit side secures grants to fund training and equipment, ensuring new farmers start without debt. The for-profit side connects farmers to restaurants and retailers, creating an independent, farmer-owned food network. Each farm is designed to be self-sustaining—once profitable, it helps fund the next farm, expanding the network without reliance on corporate investment.
